How do I place my order?

Please place your Whitney English or Hicks Paper Goods order through one of our fabulous retailers.


What is your current processing time?

After October 1, our processing time is 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. Normal processing time is 3 to 5 business days from proof approval. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for a proof.

Order received after 12:00 a.m. noon CST, over the weekend, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


How much is a proof?

The first proof is free. Each additional proof is $10.


How do I become a Whitney English or Hicks Paper Goods dealer?

Please email sales@whitneyenglish.com for more information on becoming a preferred vendor.


Do any of your products require additional postage?

No, all Whitney English and Hicks Paper Goods invitations and stationery will mail with standard US postage.


How will my order be packaged?

Each Whitney English or Hicks Paper Goods product is finished with our signature branding, either in a stationery box, or carefully wrapped and tied with a ribbon.


What are your hours and what dates will you be closed?

After October 1 and through December 23rd, we will be open from 7:30 a.m. CST to 5:30 p.m. CST. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the day after, December 24th through 26th, and December 31st and January 1st.


Which of your albums are current?

All Whitney English and Hicks Paper Goods albums are current through the end of 2008. As of January 1, 2009, only the Brown 2009 Whitney English albums (Holiday, Social, Baby & Child) and the Green 2009 Hicks albums (Holiday, Social, Baby & Child) and the Hicks and Whitney English accessories easels will be current.


Do I have to have the album to place an order for the products shown inside the album?

Yes, retailers must carry the album to place an order. Dealers may not place orders for items not shown in their albums.

Where do I send my photo for my digital photo card order?

Please email your digital, hi-res photo to photos@whitneyenglish.com.


Can you edit my photo?

We will happily turn your photo to black and white or sepia for a $25 photo editing charge.


Can you rush my order?

Yes, we can rush your order for a $50 charge (not including shipping). Please note that this only expedites the processing time of your order in house, and does not guarantee a turn around time or delivery date.


What is your cut off date?

To guarantee an order for Christmas delivery, all orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. midnight CST December 3rd. All orders submitted after December 3rd will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery without a $50 rush charge.


I\'m not completely satisfied with my order. What do I do?

We want you to be nothing but thrilled with your Whitney English or Hicks Paper Good purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within ten business days of receiving your order. We will gladly send a call tag for the original order and replace it at no cost to you. Please contact the retailer you ordered through for more information. (Dealers, please note: albums are non-returnable. Blank stock may be returned within ten business days for a 20% restocking charge.)
